•ALL orders are currently being shipped on the closest following Monday even if the order is placed Friday - Sunday. This stands unless otherwise posted. Excludes any sales.
• If you need the order to be held, you must notate this in the notes section when you place your order.
• Shipping is available to the entire continental US, with transit times varying 1 to 4 days.
• There is a hard 15 pound minimum on all raw meat orders.
• The minimum strictly only includes raw items and not any dry goods.
• Please do not choose the dry goods shipping rate if your box includes any raw meat at all.
• It is recommend to order 56-pound boxes in order to receive the best shipping rate.
• Please place your order at least 5 business days in advanced from when you need your order to ship. Orders ONLY ship out on Monday.
• There is no order minimum if you are solely purchasing dry goods. However, if your order includes any raw meat in addition to dry goods, then you must meet the 15-pound minimum.
• There is no minimum or maximum order for local pick ups - regardless of order size there will be a $5 pick up fee. Pick-ups take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6pm.
